KLATalk

KLATalk on your computer beta

Same rooms, same invites — with a real keyboard. Your phone stays the key to your account; your computer syncs to it.

Both desktop apps are in beta — the Windows build especially is early.

Download for macOS

Open the DMG and launch KLATalk — it offers to install itself to Applications. (Dragging still works on macOS 15 and earlier.)

Windows 10+ · 64-bit

Download for Windows

Unzip anywhere and run klatalk.exe. The beta build isn't code-signed yet, so Windows may show a SmartScreen notice — choose "More info → Run anyway".

Connect your phone

KLATalk has no passwords — your phone is your key, and it opens your computer too.

  1. Install and open KLATalk on your computer, then choose [Continue my conversations].
  2. On your phone, open Settings → Sync devices, then tap [Copy full link for desktop] below the QR code.
  3. Paste that link on your computer. Your rooms and past conversations come along, and both stay in sync. The short code under the QR also connects your account, but some past conversations may not carry over.
